Удобное расположение апартаментов, от центра в пешей доступности, минут 10-11. До самих апартаментов легко добраться и много подсказок как попасть в нужный номер. С арендатором всегда на связи. Так как были всего одну ночь, то вполне устраивает соотношения цены, удобства и комфорта.

I like the fact it was located very close to the FH WIener Neustadt

I was deeply disappointed by the fact that I couldn't cook. When one books an airbnb that means will want to cook something to cut on the gastronomy costs and don't eat outside. According to informaton left by the property, the smoke sensors were very sensitive and in case of activation of such sensors the fire brigade would come and I would need to pay for it from my own pocket (EUR 470) !!! The kitchen hood was either very small and invisible or non-existent. I did not take a risk to cook in this place. I would not recommend this place if someone wants to actually use it as airbnb and not a hotel. Bettter to book a hotel for this price. The toilet was terribly dirty. i wouldn't recommend it for this price because it's simply not worth it. I had issues with the retrieval of chips from the box and the number left in the message was not answering..
