Δίχωρο στούντιο στον κέντρο του Αρμενιστή

I stayed for four nights for as a base for going on hiking routes around the northwest area of the island. The property is very well located for anything you may need, beach, supermarket, tavernas. The property was very clean on arrival and regularly cleaned during my short stay, including changing bedding and towels. It is very well equipped for basic cooking and eating. The bed was comfortable. The balcony is fabulous, with a fantastic view and comfortable furniture. I come to Greece often to walk on the islands and for the price this is very good accommodation indeed. The owners are very kind and helpful, and almost instantly replied on WhatsApp with any questions or requests. Thank you very much. My photo shows view from the balcony.

Nothing, for the price it is excellent

Appartement avec une très belle vue, confortable, avec balcon et une cuisine pour cuisiner. Emplacement dans le centre de la ville, tavernes, petits commerces. Plages possibles à pied. Bonne communication avec l'hôte réactif qui nous a fourni des informations utiles et photos pour trouver le logement sans difficulté.

Ménage à améliorer sur quelques points: poussière sur les tables de chevet dans la chambre, cafetière non vidée, lavabo avec traces de dentifrice. Le flexible de douche était cassé et dangereux avec risque de se couper, signalé à l'hôte qui nous a dit qu'une personne viendrait le changer, mais personne n'est venu ? Manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine: éplucheur à légumes, râpe, petite casserole, une poêle en meilleure état, un couteau pour couper les légumes. Les volets de la chambre laissent passer beaucoup de lumière le matin, voir pour des rideaux occultants.

Black mold in bathroom, bedroom and single mattress. Kitchen needs to be better equipped. There was mold in coffee pot and tea kettle!
