Spacious and comfortable. Beautifully situated. Perfect for hot days, with morning and evening sun on the balcony and shade throughout the day. We were there in spring; the flat was a bit chilly, but we could turn the heating on in the bedroom. We often cooked in the apartment; it has everything you need. There are shops in the village, about a 10-minute walk away. We hired e-bikes in Nas for a few days and went on some great rides. It’s also very well situated for hiking! Our host gave us a gift at Easter, which was very kind. He always asked if we needed anything. It was perfect for us, thank you!!!

Such an amazing stay at this beautiful hidden gem with delightful and helpful staff. The views are incredible, the space was clean and comfortable. The location was the perfect blend of seclusion with easy access to the village.

It was such a comfortable apartment, overlooking the sea and within easy walking distance of tavernas and shops. It's a lovely area. A small town beach just a few mins away and two fine beaches <10 and <20 mins stroll along the coastal road. Nas was a 40 min walk.
The food in Armenistis is excellent and inexpensive. It has sone interesting small shops.
Kochili owner gave us a warm welcome. She was very helpful and provided excellent advice on places to visit, tavernas, etc.
We hope to return to Ikaria and would definitely return to Kochili.
The drive from the property to the road is short but steep and might be difficult for those with walking difficulties.
