Great communication with owners prior to and during stay. Thanks to both George & Chris. Fabulous location with the most amazing view. Close proximity to Armenistis although approach to property is very steep if people have mobility issues. Apartment well equipped with everything you need.

Nothing we loved it !

I loved the location. It was quiet, just outside Armenistis, overlooking the sea, and only a short drive from Nas beach. I loved the sound of the waves. George was super kind and helpful.

Wat een prachtige plek. Uitzicht over zee vanaf het balkon en gelegen net buiten het stadje. Parkeren voor de deur. Er is veel te zien en te doen in de omgeving en er zijn stranden met het prachtige stand van Nas op ca 3 km.

Er waren dit seizoen muggen, maar de horren voor de ramen en deuren waren prima.

We absolutely love this studio! We come to Greece every year for about 4 weeks, and we’ll usually go to between 8 and 10 different islands each time. We’ve only found a few apartments that we love so much that make them a key reason to return, and this is definitely one of them! It’s large, impeccably clean, and it has everything you could possibly need. But I’ve saved the two best things for last: The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular! It’s not one of those faraway views you find in Greece that are breathtaking but removed. At this apartment, you’re almost right on the water with the sound of small waves crashing over the rocks. We were here in the end of April, and it was particularly beautiful on the balcony this time of year because, on the small stretch of land between the apartment and the sea, there were lovely wildflowers blooming in yellow and red. We couldn’t get enough of just sitting out and enjoying the magnificent view and ambience. The other truly great thing about this studio is the owner Georgios. What a kind, charming, helpful young man! He was outstanding at communicating before and during our stay, and he helped us out with a few things during the stay. He is a perfect example of the famous Greek hospitality, and we really enjoyed meeting him.

The only problem with this studio is that, because it’s so pleasant staying here, we never wanted to leave and go sightseeing on the wonderful island of Ikaria :-)
