Location in Batu Ferringhi was excellent and convenient, right next to the beach, close to plenty of cafes and little shops. The apartment is very spacious and generally seems well-maintained. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery and crockery for basic meals, although we preferred to eat out because that's what holidays are for. There's a fabulous view of the pool and sea from the balcony, great spot to watch the sunset! The pool was superb and there are lovely gardens to walk around.

No laundry facilities in the apartment, or rather they are locked away beyond reach. The sofas are showing quite a lot of wear and tear.

Very well located, the pool is wonderful. The view is fantastic.

Unfortunately, a washing machine and tumble dryer are not available on site. Kitchen facilities are very poor. There are no chairs on the terrace, so it cannot be enjoyed.

Location and view were good. Pool and gym were nice. We enjoyed the balcony and nice breeze in the apartment.

Bedsheets were dirty (lots of hairs), and futon bed was a stack of old mattresses. Kitchen was poorly outfitted. Not enough pots or pans or kitchen utensils. Two of the living room chairs were broken. The reality of the bedding and kitchen did not live up to the photos on the site.
