Welc-om Royal Garden luxury rooms

The room was modern, recently renovated, very clean, and exactly as described. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was excellent, and the air conditioning was already running when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated given the hot weather. The room was quiet, dark at night, and very comfortable overall. The building itself was interesting, and everything was well maintained.

The self check-in process was unnecessarily stressful. Guests arriving after 6 PM are required to complete an online registration before receiving the access codes, but we did not receive any access information beforehand. While traveling, we had limited internet access and spent a considerable amount of time trying to reach someone through the provided contact numbers. Until we finally made contact and completed the registration, we had no way to enter the property and no certainty that we would be able to access a room that had already been paid for. The situation was eventually resolved, but the process took significant time and created avoidable stress. Guests arriving late at night or without reliable internet access should be especially careful and ensure all registration requirements have been completed well in advance.

La posizione per le mie esigenze era perfetta. Le camere erano molto spaziose e con abbastanza comfort

Potrebbe migliorare la pulizia, in alcune delle stanze con i soffitti molto alti e le travi c’erano delle ragnatele enormi. Anche sotto il letto nn era pulitissimo e avrei preferito non guardare il copri materasso (ma purtroppo l’ho fatto..). Andrebbe in generale fatta della manutenzione perché il rubinetto di una delle camere era un po’ rotto e il vetro della cabina doccia in un’altra delle stanze è uscito dai binari perché una delle ruote era mezza staccata. Abbiamo rimesso a posto noi perché il numero delle emergenze non ha risposto. Per una notte ok, per 4 notti insomma…non c’è nessun servizio compreso. Nel parcheggio della struttura abitano stabilmente dei pavoni che fanno un verso micidiale a qualsiasi ora del giorno, ma capisco che non dipende dalla struttura.

la pulizia ottima, ambiente silenzioso, la stanza molto grande e attrezzato pure con un ferro da stiro! anche il bagno molto spazioso, pulito e finestrato.
