I liked the properties location and also building where it was. Also near was quite big grocery store and nice coffee shops and cafes/restaurants where you can eat. Also public transports are near. I liked that there was a kitchen which we used. And that there was a vacuum cleaner which we also used quite a lot. There was a quite big windows which are looking on big trees, it was nice to look at them from the bed. The windows and the apartment faced the courtyard, but... there is a but. About that see my answer ''What didn't you like''.

We did not like a bed - it would be nice to have 1.60 cm bed frame, this one was a little to small, but that was secondary problem - first of all was a mattress - it is old and not comfortable. I slept bad because of it. I did not like that there was not given more towel than one for each other, but we stayed 4 nights. It would be nice to have at least 2 for each. We did not like that apartment was not clean - you can see dirt/dust on the floor, spiderwebs at the ceiling. And a lot of places you can see - they have not been cleaned. Also the curtains, duvet cover was not clean - there was some stains. You can see - they are washed, but the stain is there after washing. I would suggest to change them, because bed throw blanket also was with some holes, I can't explain it, but you can see - it is old and it is time to change them. Also all the materials felt sintetic - it felt cheap. And also coach, coffee table - felt they need to change them, because coach was not comfortable, it was sat out. And a coffee table was wobbly. And the toilet paper - it was bad - of a single layer of paper. Please buy better ones, not such cheap ones. In the kitchen - there needs to be more towels or some place where you can dry dishes, because if you use the one little towel for dishes, it is wet and after some days it feels dirty and also, you can not wipe one's hands with a towel, because it has been used for dishes. Noice - we did not like that in the first 2 evening under our window there was some kind of party, because there was a quite big noice from outside, under our windows there is outdoor sitting area. Ok - it not the apartments fault, but keep this in mind, because we though it will be quite, because we are not on the street side, but it was not quite. Maybe it was bad luck, because in the evening there was these parties, in Saturday and Monday at 7.30 am the garbage machine came to take out the trash. It was early and so loud.

Skontaktowaliśmy się z serwisem w sprawie dodatkowych ręczników. Zostaliśmy potraktowani szybko, uprzejmie i profesjonalnie – obsługa była na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo spodobał nam się widok z okien na dwa kwitnące drzewa akacjowe – dodało to uroku temu miejscu. Czystość w mieszkaniu, na klatce schodowej oraz na dziedzińcu oceniamy na piątkę z plusem!

Świetna lokalizacja – samo centrum, a mimo to cicho i przyjemnie. Kamienica, w której znajduje się wynajmowane mieszkanie, położona jest na placu otoczonym innymi budynkami, co stanowi izolację od ruchliwej ulicy. Kawalerka jest bardzo nowoczesna wizualnie, umeblowana w ciekawym stylu. Wymaga jednak wymiany lub odświeżenia kilku elementów. Są to: poduszki – zbyt małe i już zużyte, mały pled, który wymaga wymiany, kanapa – bardzo ładna, ale twarda do siedzenia, nie wspominając o spaniu, oraz materac na łóżku – również bardzo twardy. Oczywiście to kwestia indywidualnych preferencji, jednak my spaliśmy na dodatkowej kołdrze, aby poprawić komfort snu. Kran w łazience wymaga dokręcenia, by się nie ruszał.
