*** THIS PROPERTY HAS A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY OF 61 NIGHTS ***This lovely spacious villa is just a few minutes´ drive from the beach and Puerto Banus marina. It is set in the exclusive closed Marbella Country Club urbanisation and it is only available for families, golfers and married couples. This stylish and well appointed villa is in immediate reach of the Las Brisas and Aloha Golf golf courses. All the amenities you could require, from the shops and restaurants to the bars and nightlife are just a short stop away in Marbella. As soon as you enter the villa, you will notice its welcoming and friendly family atmosphere. The large living room and four bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The entire property has independent air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room. Off the kitchen, you will find a lovely seated outdoor dining area which provides the perfect location for alfresco dining, a built-in charcoal BBQ is also available. The private garden and the surrounding areas around the good sized private pool are ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. A private parking space is also available along with plenty of street parking inside the community. Overall, this villa offers quality accommodation in a very relaxed location.

Villa is a good size, however, more thought required as to what people may need when cooking. No plastic plates, glasses for use outside. Many smaller plates but only 2 dinner size plates. Areas of the villa need updating, however, still functional. Listing was originally incorrect in relation to having access to tennis courts and communal pool.

Has a lovely 2 week holiday in this villa. Great property and location. Very near to a selection of excellent restaurants and a short taxi ride away from Porta Banus. Would highly recommend.
