This huge renovated flat sleeps 6 and is a chic, sunny & peaceful retreat in one of Marbella's nicest gated communities. It is 160 square meters & with 3 beds and 3 & a half bathrooms and has a stunning, large open plan living room (with fireplace to enjoy in the colder months), and a separate dining room and sun room. One can also eat outside on the terrace off the living room.
This apartment is considered to be the nicest unit in this exceptionally well maintained and stylish, gated and very private development- indeed, it was the flat that the architect of the Alcores development selected & designed for himself.
It is situated on the Club de Golf Los Naranjos course. All rooms have sunny, open views overlooking either gardens, the pool or the golf course as well as the Mediterranean Sea in the distance (seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen and dining terrace).
The renovated kitchen is open plan with top of the line appliances and all the goodies you need for cooking, dining and entertaining. The three bedrooms, each have an en suite bathroom. The flat is very bright and stylish and has 3 terraces as well as 2 small office spaces. There is central heating (rarely needed) and air conditioning and a washing machine and dryer. Alcores del Golf is a quiet, upmarket, gated community offering two swimming pools and beautiful gardens. Most of the owners use their units as second homes so it is peaceful, quiet and our guests often find they have the pool and gardens almost to themselves.
The location is ideal- a 5- 10 minute drive to Marbella's top beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, golf and shopping. An ideal base to explore from. A car is not required (taxis are abundant and reasonable), but is probably a nice idea. There is a secure, locked, private garage space a 2 minute walk from the apartment on the grounds of Alcores.
