Appartamento centrale e dotato di tutti i comfort. Spazioso e con tutto quello che serve per stare anche più giorni. Arredato con gusto. Riscaldamento a perfetto e materasso comodissimo. Fra l'altro c'è un ristorante proprio sotto (poco rumoroso considerando che era di sabato) che ti permette di cenare comodamente senza allungarti troppo.
L'appartamento è molto pulito ma dallo scarico del bagno proveniva un cattivo odore, che a mio parere non dipende da una questione di pulizia ma di tubature. Se risolvono il problema può diventare un alloggio eccellente per rapporto qualità prezzo.

La struttura si presenta in ottimo stato, bellissima dal punto di vista dello stile industrial, casa calda e accogliente, parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, proprietaria gentile, centro e servizi a 2 passi, zona tranquilla, insomma non è stato un semplice alloggio, è stara un ESPERIENZA!!!

A great apartment very close to the center of Sulmona. Since we stayed only one night, the place met our expectations perfectly. I think I would choose it again even for a longer stay if needed.
We couldn’t figure out how the shower worked, or possibly there was no water.
The coffee machine also seemed not to work, as other appliances plugged into the same socket were functioning properly.

Unterkunft stadtnah, gutes Restaurant unten im Haus mit Terrasse.
Zu viel altes Sammelsurium…wem‘s gefällt.
Rudimentäres Frühstück liegt bereits abends in Plastik verpackt auf dem Tisch.
Mit Parkplatz muss man Glück haben!…und das Gepäck die Treppen hoch tragen.
Personal war keins da, aber Check-in kein Problem - solange man genügend Datenvolumen für‘s Handy übrig gehabt hätte…aber telefonisch gut erreichbar.
