The apartment is literally on top of a mall :) and the residential area is connected to the train station, so it's a very convenient location, just a few minutes away from Esch's center. It's located just outside the amazing Blast Furnace (area's main attraction). It's a bit difficult to get in, as there is a combination of steps, in different locations that you need to follow, but if you read the instructions properly, you will get there. The apartment itself is extremely well equipped, and spacious and could easily host up to 5 guest. Great place :)

Not many things could be better...maybe just the fact that the coffee capsules are for a different machine (not compatible with the one in the kitchen) :)

Comfortable apartment, we had everything we needed. The area is very pleasant.

It was a bit difficult to find the address. We arrived very late and were tired. After we found the right door to the building, it was easy to get to the apartment following the written instructions provided by the host.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Praktisch mit dem Bett im Schrank. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Gute Betten - gute Matratzen. Die Wohnung ist schön warm (wir waren im Herbst da) ohne dass die Heizung an war. Es war schön, dass man dunkle Vorhänge hatte, so konnte man es im Zimmer schön dunkel machen zum schlafen. Der Privatparkplatz war auch super. Schönes Bad - schön groß. Tolles großes Waschbecken. Gastgeber war immer erreichbar.

Die Wohnung war gar nicht so leicht zu finden. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber - der Boden war ziemlich dreckig und auf den Stühlen und unterm Tisch lagen Krümel. Leider für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht vorgesehen, da es keine Schränke gab wo man die Klamotten hätte hinlegen können. (Eine kleine Komode nur im Schlafzimmer). Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist auch nicht so gut, da dass Bad im Schlafzimmer liegt. Gut, dass wenigstens die Toilette im Flur war. Der Duschkopf war kaputt, sodass beim anmachen vom Wasser es aus allen Ecken raus kam. Für den Preis haben wir leider etwas mehr erwartet.

Chaotische start maar gezellige finish

Het was een ruime plek op een fijne locatie. Mijn gezin en ik hebben ervan genoten. Lekker geslapen en alles zag er schoon en netjes uit.

De aanwijzigingen om naar het appartement te komen waren een beetje onduidelijk. Moest meerdere malen de eigenaar berichten om te komen bij de juiste plek.

Logement très confortable et pratique. Ne pas hésiter !

L'emplacement est très pratique, avec tous les commerces, des restaurants, des bars et la gare à proximité immédiate avec des trains gratuits toutes les 15min à destination de Luxembourg, le tout dans un quartier qui reste très piéton et calme, avec une vue impressionnante sur l'ancien haut fourneau. Le parking souterrain sécurisé et gratuit est également un plus (à noter qu'il faut vraiment s'approcher très pres de la grille d'entrée de la section sécurisée du parking pour que la carte soit détectée). Le logement est spacieux, propre, très calme et bien agencé. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont agréables. L'hôte répond très vite et très clairement aux questions.

Juste 1 ou 2 dosette de café et un peu de sucre pour le 1er matin :)

Ruime appartement boven op winkelmall. Vlakbij treinstation en bussen. Luxemburg stadscentrum is wel 50 minuten miet bus. Fijn dat ov gratis is. Host heeft gratis private parking wel goed de instructie volgen.

Het bereiken van appartement is in begin ingewikkeld. Later raak je wel gewend. Kleine wc.

Tolle Wohnung im guter Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt über dem Belval Plaza, einen Einkaufszentrum. Bäckerei, Supermarkt und viele Geschäfte sind also quasi im Haus. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist sehr modern. Der Bahnhof liegt keine 50 Meter entfernt und durch kostenlose Fahrten in Luxemburg ist das ein Traum für jeden der Bock auf Sightseeing hat.

Beim ersten Mal scheint es kompliziert zu sein, die Wohnung zu finden. Das könnte aber auch an uns gelegen haben ;)

Gezellig appartement op een toplocatie

Voor vertrek ontvingen we een berichtje, waar de sleutels lagen, helemaal top! Zeer ruim appartement, ideaal voor 3 of 4 personen. Voorzien van een keukentje met apparatuur, heel prettig. Gezellige, huiselijke en toch strakke sfeer, echt leuk gedaan!

Helaas waren we niet vooraf geïnformeerd hoe het zat met parkeren, waardoor we voor niets €13,00 extra hebben moeten betalen. Na navraag instructies ontvangen en de dagen erna wel gratis kunnen parkeren. Was fijn geweest als deze informatie net als de sleutelinformatie vooraf was gegeven. Toen we aankwamen, was het te laat om hier nog over te informeren bij de host. We hadden voor drie personen geboekt, maar er was maar 1 bed voor 2 personen opgemaakt. We moesten gaan zoeken hoe het werkte met het derde bed en naar de dekbedden, kussens en lakens om het bed voor de derde persoon op te kunnen maken. Zeker omdat we door files pas laat aankwamen, viel dat erg tegen, De keuken in de kraan was kapot, waardoor je hem niet naar koud water kon draaien en je daar enkel warm water kon pakken. In de badkamer kon je wel koud water krijgen, maar was niet echt handig om een kan te vullen. Op het oog was alles keurig schoon, alleen bijvoorbeeld het ventilatierooster in de badkamer zat helemaal dicht van stof en vuil en boven de deur zag je de stofvlokken vastgekleefd een de rand zitten, dat is wel jammer, zeker gezien het er verder wel keurig uitzag. Daarom ook een 7 als beoordeling en geen 8 of 9.

Het appartement zelf is netjes, maar de ligging niet handig

Als je van winkelen houd is het top, anders is het best vervelend dat je zo boven het winkelcentrum ligt. Uitzicht in appartement is wel mooi. Ruim en netjes als het gaat om woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Het is nog vrij nieuw. In keuken was wat karig, maar precies voldoende. Badkamer ruim. (Erg raar systeem dat het licht van de wc alleen uit kan als de badkamer ook uit is) Balkonnetje erbij, maar helaas geen droogrek.

Het contact met de eigenaar was slecht en het goed uitleggen van de route ook. Omdat het boven een mega groot winkelcentrum ligt, moet iemand de auto uitspringen om de sleutel aan de ene kant van het gebouw te halen om vervolgens weer in te springen omdat de ingang van de garage aan de andere kant ligt. Als je eenmaal snapt dat je naar -3 moet, voor het hek moet blijven, met de sleutel het hek moet openen, dan in het donker een lift moet vinden, die je brengt naar +3 waar je naar deur 6 loopt, maar verdieping 5, ja dan is het makkelijk. Maar doe dit dus alleen met volwassen en grote kinderen. Vieze koelkast, smerige wasmachine, moest zelf het filter van de droger legen en de vaatwasser stond nog vol. Voor niets een excuus gekregen.

Гарна простора квартира. Дуже сучасна, є все необхідне. Гарний вид з вікна. Зручно що поряд є магазини і кафе. Зручні ліжка. І досить чиста.

Було дуже жарко, не вистачає кондиціонера. До нашого приїзду квартира не була підготовлена. Спочатку ми не змогли знайти рушники, виявились вони в коморі в машині що сушить, але нам довелось їх пошукати. Також трохи не зрозуміло як піднятися в квартиру і при паркуватися машину, але ми все знайшли.
