New & Modern Cozy 1BR w/ Balcony@BGC, WiFi 300MBPS

Situated in the heart of BGC, this place is a great place for any length of stay. Being right across Uptown Parade and a short walking distance from Uptown Mall makes it a great location. If you're into night life, there are clubs and and bars right across the street. You will not run out of options for food as fantastic restaurants are all a short walk away. If you prefer to prepare your own food, you can apply for a membership with the Landers superstore located on the ground floor and shop for groceries. The kitchen has enough basic equipment to prepare simple dishes. Space-wise, the room is a little small, more like a studio rather than a true 1BR, but the place is clean and well maintained. The host is very responsive and is generous with supplying towels, toiletries and other needs for a comfortable stay. Self check-in is very straightforward and easy to do. Wifi speed is decent for most online work, and the giant TV with Netflix access makes for great binge-watching sessions. Personally, the biggest quality of life upgrade is the inclusion of a washer/dryer machine. You'll have to provide your own detergent (packets from a nearby 7-11 will suffice) but being able to do your own laundry makes the stay that much more comfortable. Note that as short term tenants, you won't have access to the building's gym and swimming pool. It's a slight inconvenience but not a deal-breaker. Overall, I'd say this is in a solid go-to for future stays in the BGC area.

Any issues I had were with the building and the management staff, and not the room. First off, whoever designed this building should probably find a different line of work. There are no ramps to get to the entrance (how did this kind of design pass in BGC?). You'll have to carry all your luggage up stairs to enter the building. I literally watched families with elderly members struggle up the stairs to get to the entrance, and families with toddlers had to carry rollers up along with all their belongings. Second issue: Be prepared to experience nightmare situations with the elevators. Of the 5 elevators in the building, for the most part, only 2 will be operational. There are literal waiting lines just to ride the elevator up during busier hours. During the worst scenarios, expect to be waiting 10-15 minutes just to get on an elevator. On the plus side, the one thing the building management does well is providing staff to pick up trash at your unit twice a day. It's a minor convenience boost, but still very useful.

The unit has the same layout as compared to the other units we stayed but this unit has a good flow of energy- the furnitures are decent and are well placed. You can tell that whoever designed the place has thought of it well. Appliances and faucets are all in good working condition. Luv the lightings

This property is placed in one of those expensive areas of BGC- plenty of restaurants, shopping areas. If you don’t have a private vehicle be ready to use plenty of Grab service or walk if you prefer. Since my husband and I are here for a vacation- we both decided to walk (exercise) to explore and use Grab on further areas.

Location was very good

The check-in was very long because there was only one person at the reception. I waited at least 40 minutes. When I finished checking in, I went to the 23rd floor and when I tried to unlock the padlock, the code I got didn't work. Frustrated, I went back to the front desk again where I waited in line again only for the person who worked to just tell me to try again. Waiting in line for the elevator again, again on the 23rd floor and tried again but I couldn't unlock the katabac. I sent a message to the owner But he didn't answer for 15 minutes. After a few attempts, I still managed to open the padlock. It was hellishly hot because there is no AC in the corridors.
