- huge enclosed garden with all you can think of;
- local shop within 5 Min. walk - very well supplied /open very early morning and closes late evening
- guarded beach, with a nice bar /snacks; drinks; hot food; ice-cream etc. basically on the beach/

Very cute house with all the facilities you would need jn summer house.
Location is right on point.
Maybe a proper knife could be useful.
