Apartament czysty i przestronny bardzo widny a jednocześnie kameralny bo wokół cisza i spokój

Widok, miejsce parkingowe i akceptacja zwierząt to największe zalety, sam apartament w porządku, ale bez "wow". Czystość okej, nie było bardzo głośno (z zewnątrz) jak na Warszawę, sporadycznie jechało coś na sygnale czy gazujące głośno auta.
W mieszkaniu nad wynajętym apartamentem był tak głośny hałas w nocy, że o godzinie 3 mąż stykał rurą z odkurzacza, aby ich uciszyć (szuranie, stukanie oraz mocne uderzenia w podłogę wskazywały na remont). Potem w miarę się uciszyli i można było spać dalej. Prysznic bardzo ciasny, ciężko regulować temperaturę wody, zepsuty uchwyt na słuchawkę. Tapeta w pokoju odłazi od ściany, co nie wyglądania niestety estetycznie. Przydałby się remont i ktoś z dobrym gustem :) Półka na kubki, herbatę i kawę za niedługo spadnie na lodówkę- warto ją poprawić, szkoda kubków i czyjegoś zdrowia w razie zawału w nocy.
