Had a really good time whilst we stayed. Had a really warm welcome. Couldn't ask for any more all facilities were provided. Fresh eggs from a local farm and a good breakfast included in the price. We were given a recommendation for a local place to eat and it was nothing short of fantastic. The three dogs were absolutely lovely and we would definitely come again. Thank you for our stay.

Stayed a few times. The annexe is done out to a very high standard, is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal. Close to New Quay Harbour. Easy access to new quay beach through the caravan site opposite. There is also a small supermarket and takeaway you can use in the caravan site. Can't fault anything.

Great shower, clean, warm (however, no controls to the heating inside the annex - hosts control from the main house) great TV package. Host was friendly and in a good location.
Thought there was a separate bedroom from the living space and kitchen, pictuers quite misleading as described as 1 bedroom etc. Pull out bed was uncomfortable and so was the sofa to sit on. Pet policy a little unfair, wanting to feed the dog outside on the step. The drive isn't enclosed and its on a main road that is very busy - not safe or practical. No heating controls for the guest.
