Location, location, location, ammenities, size of the kitchen with full size fridge, a bath, exceptional views.
Small, hidden areas weren’t quite clean. Not enough hot water to have a bath. Upstairs TV did not work.

Sauna was pathetic , outdoor chairs uncomfortable ,old furniture , 2nd bathroom a cave and old , modest entertainment tv and sound poor,poorly maintained doors, fittings loose and needs some love and attention.paint and rust .
