This hotel gave us the best experience ever. The staff are incredible, the room was so clean and the view was other worldly. My Mrs did not want any other hotels. The staff in the reception can help you book the activities for a very reasonable prices and great guides.

This hotel is set in the heart of Giza where you can see ther pyramids while you have your breakfast
Very clean and also very helpful staff
The only thing they didn’t have was an iron but they sent our clothes to an ironist which was only 5 Egyptian dollars a piece so I can say this is good for people with families as it also has a small pool and a cool garden
There are also bikes available to borrow and explore with the kids
The breakfast was also amazing

If you expect a service book somewhere else. You order a soup it takes 1 hour, a pizza 1 hour, hot water kettle was not clean asked to replace, 2 hours & still I had to go and get the replacement myself.
