The additional damage deposit that I need to pay outside of the Booking.com platform. I think that's very inconvenient especially if the customers don't have SA bank account.

The host is dodgy, they took a damage deposit, didnt disclose a broken lampshade , i had a tooth removed 3 days later had a slight mouth drool they took half my deposit for new sheets and laudry, it was and excuse to keep the money. I would never stay there again. It seemed like from the begining the idea was to keep the money. A deposit after we pay booking.com is a bit shady and not on. The netflix or dstv does not work only youtube does.
