The dissatisfaction that we have as a family is that , I called the host as there was a problem with the network . She assured me that she will check with maintenance , It was in the morning and getting ready for the day. As occupants we walked freely until my elderly Mom noticed a strange man who used the spare key access our apartment and even left the main door opened. He did not show courtesy after seeing my naked elderly mother. I complained to the host , to even ask her as to why she did not call me to make me aware that someone will be coming through. The whole family is still feel embarrassed with the whole incident.
