The communication from the owner was great, offered assistance all the way. Although I never meet them (I preferred that as I was with family) they came across friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
Location was good, allocated parking at the rear so no need to try and find a space after a long day out and about.
This is no reflection on the property or the owners, but I didn't understand how the rubbish bins worked with what went where, living in London we don't have that level of separation on our waste yet, so this was more me not understanding than anything.

Great location, facilities were great, perfect for a family of 4. Kids both had their own rooms.
Comfortable sitting area and dining room.
Very clean house, easy self check-in process.
The bathroom was a bit chilly but the rest of the house cosy enough.

Didn’t get key information until on the day. Stressful start
Dog barking next door all night on the second night. No sleep.
No remote control for the TV. Had to download an app to be able to watch tv but this was unreliable
Internet didn’t work on third day
Cooking equipment unclean/ dirty socks in kitchen cupboard
