During our recent stay, we encountered a significant challenge when transporting our luggage from the last floor of the elevator on the third floor to our apartment on the fourth floor. This task alone posed difficulties for us, as we are a senior couple with substantial luggage, which was sufficient for an extended period away from home. It is important to note that this aspect was not explicitly mentioned in the apartment advertisement.

Es ist nachts nicht ganz ruhig vor dem Haus und da es sehr heiß war, konnten wir das Fenster nicht geschlossen halten (keine Klimaanlage). War nachts bisschen nervig zum einschlafen. Parken ist grundsätzlich schon möglich bei den angegebenen Flächen, da aber unter der Woche nur 2h. Wir sind aber einfach eine Querstraße weiter gefahren, dort konnten wir dann parken.

Close to city center and shopping. However, this came with a price. Late Friday, and Saturday nights were noisy and could not open windows to cool down the room.

The property is located on the fourth floor, but the elevator only ascends to the third floor. Consequently, we were compelled to transport our substantial luggage up one flight of stairs. We had booked this property with the intention of utilizing its amenities for an extended stay (we spent a total of 20 days in this property, during three distinct time periods). We encountered several issues during our stay: 1) Towels and bed linens were only changed once per stay (we had three separate time windows of stay). 2) We were required to carry our heavy luggage (which included clothing for both cold and warm weather, as well as for the duration of our stay) up and down one flight of stairs, three times. 3) The washing machine was malfunctioning, as it vibrated violently during spin cycles. Additionally, there was no dryer available. 4) At least three nights during the 20-day stay, we experienced warm nights and noise from the street below the building, which prevented us from closing the windows due to the excessive heat. 5) Although the first two time periods saw adequate stocking of paper towels and toilet paper, during the last stay, these items were significantly low. Despite informing the property manager, no remedial measures were implemented.
