Maison agréable et pratique avec tout le confort nécessaire . Très bonne literie, belle cuisine et grande table familiale. SDB spacieuse et 2 wc . À côté de la gare ferroviaire, pratique pour se rendre au centre d’Arcachon qui est quand même éloigné. Place de parking devant le logement. Proche des près salés pour les marcheurs ( belle balade, voir photos ).
La terrasse et le jardinet n’étaient pas nettoyés ni entretenus (fait nous memes pour s’installer dehors) . Manque de produits d’entretien et d’éponge / essuie tout pour l’entretien au quotidien. Conciergerie payante si besoin de décaler les horaires de départ ou d’arrivée ( 30€).
