About this villa rental
Ideal for holidays with friends or family, this house, warm and functional, is located in a very quiet residential area of Gujan-Mestras. 2 steps from the forest, 5 minutes from amusement parks, Port de Larros. Its garden of 1400m2, entirely fenced, is a small haven of peace where it is good to rest. Fully equipped kitchen, dining-room in veranda open to garden, large living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms. Parking in property. Electric gate.
Cleaning is systematic and must be paid locally (70 euros).
The linen (sheets, towels, ...) is not provided but can be rented (to pay on the spot also)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, spacieuse, bien équipée et avec un grand jardin. Idéal pour les familles. Bien placée, à proximité des ports ostréicoles et pistes cyclables.

Belle et grande maison avec ttes les commodités (lave-vaisselle, fer à repasser, ...). Accueil très sympathique. Jardin appréciable ac des enfants. Très calme. Bonne literie.
