Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Per il centro si può fare una passeggiata di una decina di minuti o usufruire del servizio navetta. E'attaccato ad uno dei pochi supermarket disponibili a Peschici. Le casette sembrano essere nuove e sono ben accessoriate. Buoni i materassi. Anche il divano letto é molto comodo e di ottima qualità. Zona tranquilla. Il patio invita a godersi momenti di relax all'aperto nelle sdraio disponibili. I gestori sono persone gentili e professionali. Ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio, fanno un ottimo lavoro.

It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Handy for the old town and the beach. Easy access and parking. Great hosts, very welcoming and good communication.
It is on the small side, and the kitchen lacked a kettle. Minor points really.

Die Anlage direkt im Tal neben Peschici besteht aus ca. 8 Bungalows. Jeder verfügt über eine Terrasse, unser zusätzlich über eine kleine Rasenfläche. Pkw-Stellplätze sind auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände vorhanden. Schöne Sicht auf Peschici. Die Appartements sind funktional, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Küche verfügt über genügend Kochgeschirr, um selbst Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Betten hervorragend. WLAN sehr gut.
Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, dennoch sehr ruhig!
Besonders zu loben sind die Kontakte zu Valeria und Gianni. Viele Informationen und sogar Gebäck als Geschenk.
Wir waren im Herbst dort, aufgrund des kalten Windes war kein Badewetter mehr. Dennoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, auch durch die kleinen Kätzchen des Besitzers.
