- Great location - The room has its own bathroom - You get sent a WhatsApp number which you can use to contact the host. Otherwise relatively responsive communication on booking as well.

- The person handing off the keys barely knew any English and wasn't exactly helpful aside from opening the door for you and tossing you the keys. - The tourist tax that you need to pay, you have to pay with cash (nowhere was it mentioned that they only accepted cash). - Location is noisy, and our room was right beside the blinking parking sign, so even with curtains, it felt like we were at the club. - The kitchenette, is a kitchenette. You get only a microwave and kettle in the small foyer space. And a mini fridge in your own room. In that foyer, there were only spoons, some napkins (which were not refilled once they got used up) and maybe a couple of cups, I think. No forks and no knives. BATHROOM: Shower: - The drain in the shower was clogged from the start. (Meaning that they don't clean the shower thoroughly) - Shower stall is absurdly small, it would have been better to wall off the shower space or just leave it as an open wet bathroom. - Not to mention that within the shower stall itself, there is nowhere for you to place your soap, shampoo, etc. You need to partially open one wing of the door and place your items on a chair. - The pressure of the water was also terrible, even painful. And the water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Showering was a nightmare.

Estuve hospedada 5 noches en principio de junio, es excelente la habitación, comoda, limpia y con todo lo indispensable, esta a pocas cuadras de la terminal Napoli Centrale estacion Garibaldi y te da la posibilidad de llegar a varios puntos media te el metro y tren

Solo tuve un problema con la llave de la puerta de entrada al edificio pero me lo solucionaron al momento, fueron muy expeditivos

Posizione ottima. Stanza pulita e molto grande, non proprio insonorizzata quindi spesso si sente molto rumore proveniente dalla strada, soprattutto durante la notte. Acqua calda funzionate a tratti.

Era moderno, los dueños fueron comprensivo con nosotros aunque nos cobraron 15€ de más porque se nos retrasó el vuelo

No tenía tapa del vater, había mucho ruido en la calle, mucha luz no había persianas, podía estar más limpio
