Not good value for money
Well located. Good to have a parking. Beds are comfortable.
Check-in is complicated. Communication with the supplier used is really painful (in both french and english), not friendly and not supportive at all, it seems we are talking with robots that don't know the apartment at all. Lot of time wasted. You make a deposit, but no inventory. The apartment is not very clean, some items are broken, dirty dishes, stains on the linen. When mentioning these issues, it seems they don't care and tell me that i am wrong, and even told me (funny story) that the dirty dishes is because of the dishwater, but oh wait there is no dishwasher ...

Nous ne pouvons pas garer le véhicule à proximité Difficile pour les bagages L’arrivée fut très difficile, nous avons mis 2h sous la pluie avant d’avoir accès à notre logement à cause de l’incompétence des personnes que nous avons eu au téléphone ( elles nous ont littéralement baladé !!!)

Appartement bien situé, décor végétalisé, mais beaucoup d'inconvénients d'accés et à l'intérieur.
La co-propriété est très bien entretenue et est très végétalisée, palmiers et autres espèces. L'appartement est correct en soi. Son point fort est l'équipement cuisine et son salon, avec une belle TV. Mais une foule de détails sont à revoir, voir rubrique suivante.
D'abord il faut changer la boite à clés, dure à ouvrir, facteur d'angoisse. Ensuite corriger l'annonce, la résidence s'appelle "résidence du golfe" pas Pompidou. Signaler que le parking est à 500 mètres de l'appart, situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, contrairement à ce qui a été précisé vocalement par Booking. Ensuite la 2ème chambre n'est pas une chambre, mais un réduit avec 1 lit une place qui n'était pas fait à notre arrivée, et un équipement non adapté pour le faire. Dans la 2ème chambre, on a dû coucher sur le protège matelas, pas de drap housse. Pas de lampes de chevet. Vraiment sommaire par rapport au standing supposé! Signaler qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle. Chauffage difficile à régler et absence de notice pour le faire. Du reste, Booking étant difficilement joignable, et manquant d'intermédiaire présent, nous avons dû faire face seuls à tous ces inconvénients. Ainsi à l'arrivée, à l'interphone où nous devions rentrer en contact avec le propriétaire, un message nous signifiait son absence!
