The balcony and view are unbeatable. The place is huge and has 2 good size bedrooms, a living room and huge kitchen with a washer and you can dry your clothes outside. This is a great property for locals. For North Americans you have to think of it as a glamping experience where you have to bring everything. The air conditioning is present and we slept well after they brought us another fan.
I thought they should include linens and towels in the total price. The location is quite isolated as a town and not recommended if you want more of a town feeling.
