About this villa rental
A few meters from the sea, in the Marina di Mancaversa, a few km from the center of Gallipoli and 1km from the beginning of the beaches of Gallipoli, there are new terraced houses.
Articulated villa with living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the lowered floor with bedrooms with opening to access the outside space and composed of: garden in front of the house with porch, living room entrance with n. 2 double sofa beds, kitchen nook with TV, n. 5 air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, n. 3 bedrooms including two doubles and one single with the possibility of adding an additional bed to transform it into a third double bedroom, open-air area behind equipped with wooden table and chairs, barbcue area, access to the terrace with enchanting sea view.
Sleeps 6 with the possibility of additional beds on the sofa bed up to a maximum of 4 for a total of 10 people.
The sea, both the beach and the very low cliff with wonderful backdrops, can be reached on foot in less than a minute. In the immediate vicinity there are all types of services: supermarket, minimarket, market, fish market, bar, lounge bar, restaurant, pizzeria, trattoria, church, hairdresser, tobacconist, pharmacy, service station, ATM, souvenir's shop, tennis courts , 5-a-side football etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Vincenzo's house in Mancaversa. Vincenzo was very responsive to all questions or requests we had. He provided detailed information on all the amenities in the surrounding area. The house was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to the sea is amazing and the nightly walks to the waterfront to watch the sunsets by the water were outstanding.

La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, pulita e spaziosa, le camere sono interrate ma non si soffre il caldo e comunque dotate di climatizzatore. Abbiamo sfruttato al massimo il terrazzino sul retro per le cene grazie al tavolo spazioso che c'è visto che eravamo 6 adulti e 4 bambini !
Mentre il terrazzino sopra dove è possibile stendere le asciugamani ti regala una vista da sogno dalla quale vedi le case e il mare.
Il proprietario Vincenzo ci ha accolti prima in quanto la casa era già pronta, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, preparato a darci anche consigli per i locali dove cenare o per le spiagge da visitare.
A due minuti a piedi c'è il supermercato tabacchino bar e spiaggia, e a 5 minuti c'è il panificio dove puoi fare delle favolose pucce calde da portare a mare per pranzo.
Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e concessi dei favolosi bagni nel mare della Puglia!

Дом большой и чистый. Мебель новая, удобная. Никаких запахов.
Замечательные владельцы, доброжелательные и приветливые. Нас встретило блюдо с фруктами и бутылка вина. Мы не могли привезти с собой постельное белье (оно не предоставляется владельцами), владелец арендовал его для нас, причем половину оплатил сам.
Но в целом, нам не понравился отдых в этом доме. Я не ожидала, что спальни расположены в подвале, в комнатах без окон. Это некомфортно.
В доме очень плохая звукоизоляция, если вы отдыхаете большой семьей, то это очень важно, так как малейший шум разносится по всему дому. И слышно все, что делается в соседнем доме. Наши соседи вставали очень рано и будили нас шумом.
Рядом с домом нет хорошего пляжа, каменистый берег, есть небольшие бухточки, но вход в воду неудобный, каменистое дно. И в целом очень грязный пляж.
