About this apartment rental
Welcome to our home! The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a contemporary very secure gated community.
Fitted with a comfy sofa, TV and dining table, it's a great space to relax after a long day in the city. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons, including a stove, fridge and oven - all set for your to prepare a tasty home cooked meal.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample storage space and plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a bathtub and detachable shower head.
There are stunning views over the whole of north London. You can sit and watch spectacular sunsets from the balcony or sofa!
Easy reach of historic Hampstead and the huge heathland for lovely walks, Literary Highgate for poetry and music, Islington's trendy high street full of designer shops all within 20 minutes on public transport.
Please note that the property is used as a main residence for the majority of the year, and as such there may be limited storage space available.
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Its 7 min walk from the arty enclave of Crouch End, full to the brim with cafes, artistic small shops, pubs and local food stores. Nearby is the leafy Parklands walk along the old railway line, to Highgate village..beautiful at any time of the year, and a real treat to hear birdsong in the city.
There is a bus stop at the end of the road where you can get directly to the underground in 5 mn for excellent connections.
If you are coming by car, You can park on Dickenson road apart from between 10am and 12 . Otherwise you can park in paid car parking in crouch end during those times.
Please note the check-out time is at 12PM.
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Unfortunately, this place is not suitable for children.
Please take your shoes off when entering the flat.
You are welcome to water the plants which decorates the lovely balcony.
There is no buzzer at the flat, you have to go down stairs to open the door.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

It's an ideal place for sporty guests with little luggage to store who appreciate the tasteful and intelligent modern furnishing and high standard of the apartment.
The view to Ally Pally (Alexandra Palace) is worth the travel.
All the nice Crouch End shops and restaurants are nearby. Bus, tube and train connect you fast and easy to any London attraction between Greenwich and Heathrow.
The place is a wonderful starting point for amazing walks through Highgate Wood, the Historical Highgate Cemetery, Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath with Parliament Hill and Kenwood House. Don't forget Priory Park and Alexandra Park with it's swan-boats.
A place to enjoy inside and outside.
