Quiet location yet only short walk to the beach and restaurants. I really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck on the intracoastal waterway in the evening. Great water pressure in the shower! Clear directions and expectations were provided by the host in advance.There was an issue with the TVs but I didn’t mind because I wasn’t there to watch tv. I only mention that to give credit to the host’s communication and responsiveness to a potential problem. They took the time to FaceTime with me and attempt to troubleshoot.

The location was excellent. Accomodations were also excellent! We loved everything about it! Bed was sooo comfy! Whenever we go will be sure to stay there

We had a great time walking to the beach. The condo was just a couple blocks away from the beach, restaurants, and stores. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Thank you for sharing.

Very clean, roomy apartment in a wonderful location, just one block from the ocean. Super comfortable bed; bright, airy, well-appointed kitchen. The building is quiet, with a nice pool and a large back deck on which to enjoy the sunsets over the Intracoastal. The deck is also a welcome alternative on those very windy days at the ocean. Rick, the host, is very responsive, accommodating, and attentive. We highly recommend his apartment.
