About this cottage rental
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits within a quiet subdivision which has many access points to red sand beaches. Enjoy views of the ocean and National Park from the upper deck or walkout basement which leads to the backyard. This cottage is only 5 minutes from North Rustico where you can find amazing restaurants, fresh seafood, entertainment, amenities, and more!
On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter and a dining area that adjoins to the living room which has the first Smart TV for Netflix (and cable). Open up the patio doors which walks out to a deck overlooking the water. The main floor has bedroom 1 which has a queen bed and an adjoining door to the first full bathroom.
Upstairs is a loft area which has a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, and games for evenings spent at the cottage!
The lower level has a second TV room and a walk out patio that leads to the backyard. There is bedroom 2 with a king bed, and bedroom 3 with a twin over double bunk beds with a twin trundle. A second full bathroom can be found with a standup shower, and a laundry room.
There is often lots of wildlife in the area including osprey, eagles and herons, as well as foxes who love to say hi. There are mussel and oyster farming operations in the bay to see as well.
There is not A/C at this cottage, but when you open the windows, a cool breeze comes off of the bay.

Beautiful place but a heads up on the water would have been appreciated. Had to open all taps for hours just to get the water almost clear. Never got to a point where I would consider it drinkable.
Maybe there is a break in the water line?

Great location and priced appropriate for age. Kitchen , bathrooms dated and deck needs updating as had nails popping up, some wood rot, and got a wood sliver in my foot

The house is lovely, except for the spider issue in the bedroom and bathroom in the lower level of the house. We did not feel comfortable staying in the lower level, we needed to make different plans for some family members
