We liked the location, being close to the Cavendish attractions, and the layout of the cottages around a nice open field and near the pool and other amenities.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.
To be helpful, I think there could be more attention paid to maintenance of the cottage and perhaps upgrading the bathroom tiles. (We stayed two nights in two bedroom cottage number 7).
Everything was very clean ! Very clean!
The quality of bedding and sheets could be improved and would make a big impression on guests.
It's these little maintenance things that make a big impression on first time customers.

The location was perfect for the sites we wanted to see and for the kids that wanted to go to the parks
For the face cloth and towels we had to ask for some we were always running out of
For the utility in the kitchen should be more stuff like for cooking especially pans

Kitchen was a little short of dishes , cutlery and supplies for 7 people .
