The 64 m² apartment, located on the first floor and featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, can accommodate up to 6 people. A particular highlight of this vacation rental is the spacious and sheltered balcony (13 m²) with a beach chair. From here, you can enjoy a direct view of the nearby Baltic Sea.

Description of the neighborhood
The kilometer-long natural beach is just 200 meters away. Börgerende is situated between the Converter See nature reserve and the Gespensterwald forest—with its impressive stand of old trees—right on the E9 European cycling and hiking trail. Börgerende is a beautiful Baltic Sea town with a maritime charm, located between Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn, 3 kilometers east of Heiligendamm. In the immediate vicinity of the town, you’ll find shops for daily necessities, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities, excursion destinations, and hiking and biking trails. A bike rental shop is located just 300 meters away. For horse lovers, there’s a riding stable with a riding school right on site.--- Further afield, you’ll find additional riding stables and golf courses, marinas, and a tennis and squash center. Just to the right of Börgerende, the wonderful “Ghost Forest” invites you to visit; it’s accessible via the Europa Cycle and Hiking Trail. No car traffic except for guests’ vehicles.
