2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, south-west facing, large living u. Dining area on approx. 58m² Apartment in the house "Strandperle" Baltic Sky. Our apartment is located in the newly built house, the Strandperle, in an exclusive location of Börgerende and still very quiet and idyllic. You look at the dike with the adjacent Baltic Sea beach, which is only 150 meters. Features On approximately 58 sqm 4 adults find plenty of space. The additional accommodation of a toddler up to 3 years is possible in the cot provided free of charge. All rooms are tastefully and generously designed, so that you can spend a nice time in the apartment itself. The apartment also includes a car parking space. The house is also a Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit. Cozy living room The spacious living room with dining area, sofa and armchair is very comfortably furnished. Here is also the media area with flat-screen satellite TV, DVD system with radio and I-Phone connection as well as books and guides. From the living room you have access to the south balcony (9.5 m2) with comfortable furniture and beach chair. Internet and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. The bedrooms The large bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a 3-door wardrobe and very attractive furniture, as well as another flat-screen TV. From the bedroom you have direct access to a small round balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. The 2. Bedroom is a little smaller and equipped with two beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m. The 2-door wardrobe with mirror provides sufficient storage space. Comfortable kitchen The kitchen is completely and luxuriously furnished: built-in oven, built-in microwave, large induction field, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle, high chair and a fully integrated washing machine are available for your own holiday kitchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten schöne Tage in der Wohnung, die sehr gemütlich maritim dekoriert ist. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen und auch zu kochen wenn man nicht immer essen gehen will. Wir haben nichts zu kritisieren! Vielleicht wäre ein Fliegengitter an einem der WZ Fenster noch möglich, denn auch wenn wir nur abgekippt hatten, waren sehr schnell Schnaken und anderes kleines Fluggetier in der Wohnung. Wir wünschen der Baltic Sky immer freundliche Mieter, die die Wohnung zudem immer pfleglich behandeln.
