Will be delivered and hooked up on site (water and electric only) for a fee of $500 for the first two nights and $200 per night for additional nights.
The property is secluded but does overlook a few houses in the distance. Situated in a rural area, about 10 min to the nearest town with grocery & gas.

○ All guests must be included in the reservation count.
○ If you have more than 16 guests (over the age of 2), an additional fee of $25 per person/night applies.
○ Failure to register all guests may result in cancellation with no refund.
○ All daytime visitors must be registered and included in the total guest count.
○ No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior permission, including visitors’ pets.
○ Pets allowed upon request & additional fee of $250/pet per stay.
○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.
○ No unauthorized events or parties.
○ A $500 event fee will apply for gatherings with unregistered guests in attendance.
○ The wedding fee would apply to any wedding, `micro` wedding, vow renewal ceremony, reception or post-elopement celebration.
○ For all events, a 500.00 security deposit will be required to be paid directly to Elite Experiences.
○ Respect the neighbors & quiet hours: 11PM-7AM.
○ Respect the neighbors property. Please don`t go over the property lines, they are marked.
○ Follow hot tub rules, if changing the hot tub water is required, a $200 fee will be assessed.
○ No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass.
○ No glass outside. No slip and slides allowed. No diving (the pool is 6` at the deep end).
○ The pool is open seasonally between May 1st- Oct. 1st.
○ Although the pool is heated, the water temperature might differ according to the weather outside.
○ For safety & security, there are outdoor surveillance cameras.
○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.
○ No fireworks on the property.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back

This was a wonderful house for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of space for 15 of us ranging from 3 months to seniors. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials. If you need space for a large group and don’t mind a bit of a drive to places of interest, this house will meet your needs. The only downside was lack of cell service, however good WiFi at the house. We had to find directions before leaving the house since it took awhile to pick up service for google maps.

The house and the surrounding property is beautiful and highly maintained. The house itself was very clean and ready for our large group. Everything in the property worked as it should. The owners provided very quick responses to any questions we had along the way. About a 40 minute drive to Hershey (very easy) and less than 10 minutes from a large grocery store. This place really exceeded our expectations. The large dining area, expansive outdoor decks, great family room, and tremendous outdoor spaces are fantastic. We were 18 people total for 4 nights and never felt cramped or lacking space. Would absolutely recommend.

Pine Hollow Lodge is such a special place. It is a lovely, secluded setting and the house was big enough to accommodate 10 adults and 6 kids. We had plenty of togetherness but there was also room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. We enjoyed the fireflies every night and would love to return in the fall for the foliage!

The most serious problem we had was several of the people who used the hot tub. Developed a bacteria skin infection
