There is no TV provided, but we do have Starlink High-Speed WiFi, feel free to bring your own TV, you can use the wifi to stream your favorite movies and shows.
The property is secluded sits on top of a ridge, situated in a rural area, about 10 min to the nearest town with grocery & gas.

○ No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior permission, including visitors’ pets.
○ Pets allowed upon request & additional fee of $250/pet per stay.
○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.
○ No unauthorized events or parties.
○ Respect the neighbors & quiet hours: 11PM-7AM.
○ No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass.
○ For safety & security, there are outdoor surveillance cameras.
○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.
○ No fireworks on the property.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.
