Welcome to the “Life Is Better At The Lake” Cottage rental. This renovated family house is perched above the amazing Pentwater Lake with awesome views nestled amongst mature trees. Plenty of space for your family in this 5 bedroom 4 bath home that offers vaulted ceilings and an open living area concept. Main floor has a large master bedroom with laundry. All bedrooms offer bath access, house has charming features like tongue and groove ceilings, updated fixtures, and radiant in-floor heat on the main floor. New second floor ensuite has lake views. Recently finished, spacious basement for extra hangout area. Large composite deck with jacuzzi tub that overlooks the lake with great sunsets. This lot offers wooded privacy, with a fenced yard, playground area for young children, and fire pit for hanging out. Located approximately two miles from beautiful Mears public beach and downtown Pentwater, boat launch, fishing charters. Enjoy Pentwater’s local bars, restaurants, galleries, wonderful shopping, weekly farmers’ market and Thursday night concerts for your family to enjoy.

Our group of 9 adults and one toddler was very comfortable. We had the privacy of multiple bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms plus plenty of large family friendly space to gather. The location offered a beautiful view of Lake Pentwater. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen has everything one could need. The large outdoor deck and fire pit were greatly enjoyed. Our little one had fun on the included playground on the side yard. Only downside was that the hot tub did not work. We were disappointed since we all had looked forward to using it. In fact we chose this property in part because of the offered hot tub. Nonetheless I do recommend this property. Very beautiful and almost perfect for our annual family celebration.
