The house is just beautiful - comfortable and clean, with plenty of room. We loved the fenced yard for my sister's dog, and the gate at the top of the basement stairs was fantastic for keeping her separated from my cat. (I imagine it'd be convenient for kids, too. ) Nice and close to downtown Ludington, where my nephew's wedding venue was. Easy check in, and the easiest check out I've ever had at a rental. 100% recommend - one of the best places I've ever stayed, and a really great first VRBO experience for my octogenarian parents.

This house is well maintained, the owner is easy to work with, and located so conveniently to the beach as well as downtown. Our second year there and we will go back!

House was clean, had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and downtown. Host was very friendly and responded quickly to my communications through the app. Recommended.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice large backyard. The kitchen is large. The clothes washer and dryer are new. There were a few maintenance and convenience items that should be taken care of and we let the property manager know.
