Located in La Teste-de-Buch, on the Arcachon Bay, near the protected natural site of Prés salés Est, its wild beaches, and the coastal path, and a 10-minute walk from the oyster port, our small vacation home, fully restored in 2019, welcomes you for your stay. Adjoining other homes (not overlooked), it is located in a small condominium in the middle of a quiet, wooded area. You can enjoy the tennis court, a bowling alley, and a children's playground near the cottage. You will have a reserved parking space next to the house, with the option to plug your electric vehicle into a charging station (electricity consumption extra). Fully air-conditioned, the house comprises a ground floor living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge with two sofa beds (one 140 cm and the other 100 cm), as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, there is a small bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage. In the mezzanine under the eaves, you can enjoy a reading, games, or relaxation area with its two single beds. Outside, extending from the living room, you will have a 12 m² terrace with garden furniture. A lounge area and bar with an electric grill under a lean-to complete the ensemble.
