Ideally located 100m from the Port of La Teste de Buch, 200m from the Arcachon Basin and adjoining the Near Salts classified as Maritime Domain, this charming T2 classified furnished with 3-star tourism, all comfort and very well equipped, in a secure residence will seduce you and meet your expectations.
Of recent construction, year 2013, located on the 1st floor, with an area of 44m2 consisting of a living room equipped with TV with internet, a home cinema, a high quality sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 140 bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, an entrance hall plus a large 8m2 balcony and private parking.
Due to its exceptional geographical location, the Arcachon Bay, 200m from the accommodation, is accessible by the coastal path passing in front of the residence and crossing the Near Salts.
This path will allow you to go around the Basin by mountain bike or on foot to Cap Ferret and return by boat to the port of Arcachon.
Multiple cycle paths are accessible leading you either to the ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla about 5km, or on the coastal path passing in front of your accommodation.
The entrance to Arcachon 2 km away, and its pier on the seafront 20 minutes away, accessible by bicycle on this trail.
At around 15 km, you can visit the Teich Ornithological Park accessible by car or by the coastal path, breathtaking views of the basin and many different bird species depending on the season will amaze you.
