➝ Family Friendly - Pack'n Play, highchair and kids dishware provided (Pack n' Play only comes with the padding from the box, and no beddings)
➝ Cozy and Modern Décor
➝ 2 Car Garage

➝ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee provided
➝ In home washer + dryer w/ clean detergent and dryer balls provided

Nestled in a family friendly west Omaha neighborhood, across the street from a park. Blocks away from Dodge Expressway which will get you anywhere in Omaha the quickest. Village Pointe is minutes away with shopping, dining and movies, ect.
Other Things to Note:
Parties are not allowed, but please inquire for specific events that can be potentially approved.
Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For security, cameras are located at the front door and back yard. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
For liability purposes, all our fireplaces are off-limits. Thank you for your understanding. :)

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Location was nice with everything you need within a few minute drive. Fenced in backyard w/ pool was amazing - with plenty of outdoor furniture. Would highly recommend

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. The house is comfortable and filled all our needs. The back yard pool looks inviting, we might have to do it again in the summertime. Communication with the owner was great. We didn't need anything but if you did I am sure they would take care of you immediately.

We planned our winter holidays at this beautiful home. First we were happy to park 2 cars in the attached garage as the weather was a little iffy that weekend. Then, we wanted to bake while we were there. The kitchen is well stocked with bakeware and utensils. We also cooked all of our meals and found every type of dish or pan that we could possibly need.
The three bedrooms upstairs are nicely equipped with luggage racks and plenty of extra linens, pillows and blankets. There is a bath and a half bath upstairs on the main level with the kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Downstairs has even more sleeping with beds and trundles.
We spent most of our time upstairs in the great room between the kitchen and watching the wall mounted smart tv. The couch and chairs in the great room are arranged for interaction with others in the kitchen or at the 8 seat dining table.
Since our visit was during the winter, we had no reason to use the pool. The backyard is fenced and would make a great weekend for a family. You will find oodles of beach towels in the hall closet.
Across the street is a small city park. This would be a perfect spot to take the kids to blow off steam.
We love Omaha, but never left this house all weekend. We had everything we needed and more.
I was tempted to not even leave a review, because I want to keep this fabulous home a secret.
