When you first walk into the loft, you'll immediately enter a hallway leading to our kitchenette. Walk through the kitchen and you'll find our four-top dining table. Directly to the left, you'll see our Queen-size bed and two nightstands. Beyond that, you'll have access to our living room. Here, you'll find a gray couch which pullout into a Queen-size bed, two lounge chairs and a 55-inch TCL Roku TV. Our full bathroom can be found in the hallway near the front door. Out back, you'll have access to a shared outdoor area.
For all the cyclists out there - Phat Tire Bike Shop is right downstairs, and there is also a bike wash station and a bike maintenance stand. The Trailhead for Bella Vista’s 25-mile 'Tunnel Vision Loop' is only 0.1 miles away and connects with the 22-mile 'Back 40 Loop' and has access to Slaughter Pen features area - all HIGHLY recommended day rides for all skill levels. The Tweety Bird also sits 2 miles away from Sugar Bridge trail.
At the Tweety Bird, you’ll love how close you are to hiking and biking trails (2-3 minutes), golf courses (5 minutes) and Downtown Bentonville (15 minutes)! Be sure to ask us about our favorite waterfall hike just down the street as well! It’s a Bella Vista favorite that you won't want to miss.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the apartment reserved, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. Guests will also have access to the shared hallway and ice maker on the 2nd floor as well as the outdoor amenities that are shared with the other guests of the lofts. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
Other Things to Note:
★ Not pet-friendly.
★ Please note that the parking lot in front of the Lofts is shared with a commercial space and parking is not guaranteed.
★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guests' name to be able to use any amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, etc. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of PRIOR to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team with this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.

Couldn’t find anything remotely affordable in Fayetteville for family weekend, so found the perfect excuse to stay and ride from here! Perfect space for me and the wife. Only nit I could pick would be that I’d wish the beeps on the gate keypad could be turned off. Since our door is right by the main gate, we could hear everyone entering.

Perfectly situated minutes from from trailheads and an easy 30 minute ride in to town. Pizza and liquor store across the street. The unit was exceptionally clean quiet and well stocked with all you need for a great vacation. I will definitely be back and will enthusiastically recommend to my friends.

I had a few issues during my stay, the most irritating was addressed very quickly by management. We weren't able to resolve the issue, but I managed to get some sleep by closing the bathroom door to eliminate the clanging vent hood noises. The place was pretty clean upon arrival but I do think some attention to the bathroom was needed. Appliances were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. It would be nice to have a dresser or somewhere to put your clothing. Great location with a pizza place, Subway, and liquor store all right across the street. I was very comfortable there.
