About this house rental
Peek a boo views of Narrow River and just two blocks away from the water front! This four bedroom home provides ample space for a large family or group. Residing in the Northern region of Narragansett, you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of the quiet residential neighborhoods of Saunderstown, while being just a short drive from many of Narragansetts best attractions! A newly remodeled kitchen, outdoor shower, and large backyard yard area are just a few highlights of this fabulous home.

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!
Situated on the first floor are two bedrooms, a newly renovated kitchen, living room, dining room, and full bathroom. On the second floor, a large master bedroom, including a full Jack and Jill bathroom, sits adjacent to an equally spacious room with two twin beds, sleeper sofa, and TV; a perfect space for the kids after a long day at the beach!
The back patio and yard provides equal opportunity for family activities and BBQ grilling. This North End Narragansett property sits off of Bridgetown road and is a quick 10 minute drive to many of Narragansett's favorite beaches, restaurants, and shops!
Bedroom layout is as follows:
Main floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Full size bed
Second floor:
Bedroom 1: King size bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single size bed + futon bed
Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will be delivered to your rental's doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens.
For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.

The house was fantastic for our family weekend at URI. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The house was perfect for family dinner/game night, right down to the gigantic blender in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a great family vacation here. Check-in was super easy, and the management company was very responsive to any issues that came up. The room upstairs with 3 beds worked great for the teenagers. Kitchen was stocked fairly well, could use a spatula for stovetop cooking. Friendly neighbors! Very happy with our stay.

Upon arriving there was a very strong odor in 1st floor bathroom. Found the cloth shower liner was very moldy. Then we discover that the that we did not have 2 compete rolls of toilet paper, paper towels that was promised. We arrived after office was closed So we spent our evening cleaning dirty tubs and showers and purchasing those item and laundry detergent to wash liner. Upon reading house rules it asked to put out trash on Friday but we had just arrived and did not have trash. When we went to leave there was not room for any trash amongst the 3 cans that were supplied. It was very disappointing to have cleaning fees and service fees then to experience this upon arriving.
We have stayed at many VRBO's and have never had to bring our own sheets and towels and still pay such high prices per night for lodging. We did inform property management that there was a leak from 1st floor bathroom in basement and that water was coming in under door in basement during rain.
