Overall had a lovely experience, spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the mountain air. Would reccomend the addition of pavers or stones from the patio to the hot tub so you don't have to step on grass.

Our friend group spent a weekend together in the Poconos, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However there are a few things that can be improved upon.
We enjoyed the location and felt it was private yet not isolated.There were places for the entire group to hang out and plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen table was also a great space to hang. The multiple bathrooms also made it very easy to get ready with 7 people and one baby.
However, there are some things that do need to be worked on. First of all, towels are provided, but wash clothes are not. In addition, the towels were not clean and did smell of mildew. We were also only provided with one roll of paper towels and two garbage bags for the weekend. Directions stated if we used more than 2 bags, additonal fines may be added. For a house listed for 10 people, this was surprising to us. If that is the rule okay but it should be stated in the listing before booked. The pillows were almost non existent in terms of substance, so you should bring your own. Lastly, a coffee machine was stated in the description, but there were no filters.
We.did ask our host a few questions throughout the trip, and he responded quickly. However one of the questions was about checkout (we asked the night before because we had not heard anything) and he responded saying he would tell us in the morning.
There were aspects we enjoyed. But, the host could have been more transparent and some areas need addressing.

We stayed at the house for a long weekend and we skied. We had a great time, plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Nice hot tub. Nice back yard.
Spacious kitchen. Great bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. Overall a great house near skiing
