This is a whole-house rental, so you have exclusive access to the entire house and to the patio. There is a separate one-bedroom English basement beneath. It has a separate entrance as well as separate climate control and utilities. There are no shared spaces or communicating doors.

The location is great. A 12 minute walk to the Metro station. The pizza place on the corner has good pizza and salads. Easy pickup and drop off for Uber. I felt safe at all times. The home is comfortable and well stocked. I loved the sitting area outside and inside. I will say the couch is low so this old lady laughed every time I tried to get up. We did carry our Roku, so not sure about TV. I would recommend and I will stay here if I ever return to DC

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops, and so much detail was thought of for the stay! Highly recommend and if we come back to the area, we will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Home was very comfortable, clean and in a lovely location. The host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. My family and I had a fantastic trip. I highly recommend this home, absolutely perfect. Thank you!!
