The two guest rooms share the second bathroom on the second level. Both bedrooms have a surfer theme. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a trundle bed that can either be two twin-sized beds or come together to become a king-sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and a separate room for the shower and the toilet.
The lease of this home includes access to the community area, which includes a pool, firepit, and a picnic area. Parking includes 2 spots inside the attached garage.

My family and dogs needed a place close to the beach where the kids could enjoy surfing and I could telework. This place was perfect. I also enjoyed the Tesla charger in the garage. Super fast wifi. Love the fact I could support a veteran by staying in Jonathan’s place. He always responded quickly too. Will be back!
