Two beautiful houses on a huge 1+ acre waterfront lot. 9 bedrooms/7.5 bathrooms that feature 4 master bedrooms w/private bathrooms & walk-in showers. Will sleep 21 people with a total of 11 beds. Perfect for large family groups, weddings, & special events ($1,250 flat fee). Fully equipped fitness room, pool table, 2 laundry rooms, and fully furnished kitchens. 2 outdoor dining areas w/gas grills. Two 67 ft lanais facing the river, 3 porch swings, outside kitchen & a 2 story 175 ft long dock w/sundeck & fish cleaning station. Enjoy swimming, kayaking & fishing right off the dock.

We had 16 guys stay at the house and all fit comfortably. The communication was great, easy check in and check out process. Location is solid in convenience to downtown Tampa where we went to a hockey game and Bern’s for dinner. The neighborhood could be a little nicer but the house makes up for it.

Plenty of space for everyone. Host was responsive and made check in and out easy. Location not ideal for golf.

We arrived early on a Sunday. We text and asked if we could enter the house early. No response. When we did get in at 3:00 there were puddles of water all over kitchen in the big house. We sent a text with pics to the number they gave us and no response. The air conditioning was not working on the lower level of the big house. We messaged on VRBO, text and tried to call them. Again no response. We had to shift people around so nobody was sleeping on the lower lever in that heat. Monday I got an auto message on VRBO asking about our stay and if I had any questions. I again told them about the A/C not working. Finally got a response that someone would be there that day. Seems like the small house has a termite issue. It rained very heavy one night, water was coming in the lower bathroom of the big house and it smelled like sewage. Once we got the hiccups straightened out, we had a blast. We had 17 people in total and there was plenty of space for everyone. We did feel like for the amount we paid, it could have been a little cleaner and updated. There was confetti and a mylar ballon from another groups stay. Some of the kitchen cabinets were wonky and broken. We are a pretty low key adaptable group, so we just rolled with it. Overall the space fit our large group very well. The location was great as we have family right up the road. The dock was a favorite for our kids to fish and the pool was large enough for everyone to swim.
