Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stayed. Two adults, 1 adult child, plus grandchild loved the house and property. Plenty of room for all of us. Outside area was nice and enjoyed family time inside at the dining room table. Very convenient location to all of our destinations. Close to town for groceries and amenities.

The cabin has all the comforts of a house and all the charm of a rustic cabin. It’s extremely old, so there are all the cool old house eccentricities you’d expect. The house is full of taxidermied animals, including an amazing sculpture of two mountain goats in mid-prance. It’s like a museum, and sort of a shrine to hunting. Fits perfectly in the country, and is a whopping ten minute drive to Roundtop. We had a great time. The shooting at the property was barely audible from inside - definitely not disturbing. On top of it all, we got to meet a bunch of good boy/ good girl hunting dogs. This is just the kind of stay I like - unique! The kitchen is fully equipped, everything functions, and the beds are comfortable. We’ll be back next time we ski at Roundtop.

This place is amazing!!!! Beautiful grounds, awesome hosts and cozy accommodations. We had a fantastic time exploring this spectacular property. This might be the coolest place we’ve ever stayed. Really close to Lancaster, Harrisburg and Gettysburg.
