Older house but lovely it was close to all the stores that we needed to get ready for my grandbaby party in Prattville my family loved the spot I would definitely stay there again

Older home but in decent shape. House was clean and quiet neighborhood. Closest restaurants were downtown at about 3 miles so nothing to walk to, but a very short drive. Communication with property manager was excellent. Quick responses by text.

We had a foursome travel to Montgomery to play several of the RTJ courses close by. The house was clean, comfortable and everyone in the group was happy with the home for the price. It is a home that is showing its age in areas but is comfortable and clean. The only minor complaint our group has was that the towels were thin. Th one bathroom shower was in a walk-in tub that made for a small shower base but again was definitely adequate.

The property was dated to the mid 60s timeframe as far as the layout and much of the furnishings. It was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. While workable the master bath was a little inconvenient because of the walk in tub versus a normal tub/shower. The TVs in bedrooms were very small. There were very few kitchen utensils. The dishwasher power was controlled by a light switch on the wall, a little weird. There weren’t instructions on how to use the living room tv, although there where 3 different remotes in the room. Clothes washer and dryer were nice. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet at night. Overall I would generously rate the property as average. Additional fees other than the per night rate were very high in my opinion, they doubled the nightly rate shown in VRBO. Pictures were very complimentary but not totally realistic.
