As you enter the first floor of this 2-story home, you`ll appreciate the open and airy living, dining, and kitchen areas—perfect for entertaining. The living room features a crisp white shiplap with natural textures and touches of navy blue. Relax on the linen couch while the kids play games and watch TV in the 2 navy armchairs that surround the fireplace. Serve a delicious meal at the 10-seat dining room table or enjoy pre-dinner drinks at the 2-stool bar. Dinner is easy with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances in this bright kitchen. When it’s time for bed, guests will find 1 guest bedroom with 2 full beds and a shared bathroom on this floor.
Ascending the staircase, you will find the other 2 bedrooms—1 primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom, both with private baths.
Enjoy outdoor living on the large back patio with a white trellis pergola that adds a bit of shade to this sunny place. Replete with a BBQ grill, alfresco dining table, outdoor sectional, and 2 armchairs, this is the perfect gathering spot for friends and family. Keep empty trash cans back of the house near storage building. Keep pool, and beach items in the back of the house, not of the front porch or yard.

The “Sunny Seagrove” home was just wonderful! The home was a perfect fit for this beach community with beautiful home decor, landscaping, back patio pergola, and outdoor dining area. We enjoyed being able to use both beach umbrellas provided by the house as well as the beach chairs. The home offered spacious living with cozy bedrooms and living room space. Although we never got around to using the bikes, we did rent a golf cart from the golf cart rental place right around the corner - it was perfect! We enjoyed riding the golf cart to the Seaside community for dinner each evening. The public beach access areas weren’t but a 2-3 minute walk which is one of the best parts! Also, the pool was a great option after a long day at the beach to cool down and swim! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a nice stay with quick and easy access to the beach! What a wonderful family girls trip we had made that much more special by our wonderful stay!

Beautiful property, very well maintained, overstocked kitchen with all you need to prepare great meals. Access to beach was perfect and location was just far enough away from Seaside that my 16 yo son and his friends could go hang out but not be right in the middle of the craziness of Spring Break. There were couple of issues during our stay but Travis or Josh responded almost immediately. Highly recommend-
