From check in to check out the process was a breeze. Hosts are kind and their communication is excellent. They made sure the stay was positive and they succeeded. The house is so lovely and charming, typically Italian and very clean. Location is superb, train is 5 min walk and beach is less than a 10 min walk away. Shops and markets are all nearby. Rooms are great, clean and the house had everything we needed. Have 0 negative things to say, one of my best stays in Italy. Thank you!

We spent a wonderful week in this scrupulously clean home in the center of San Benedetto. Every need was anticipated -- from high quality linens and towels, to a welcome basket of breakfast goodies/coffee, to laundry and dish soap, to a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area.
Easy walk to the train station and steps away from shopping, restaurants and waterfront promenade.

Marco and his family were great hosts: very welcoming and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was well equipped and very comfortable- we were sad to leave!
